Duku Design specializes in 3d plans, renderings and space planning. Our goal is to help bring clear visuals and a better space to our clients. Our in-house designer will meet with you to discuss your project's goals and priorities, assess the existing space, take accurate measurements and formulate a plan based on all these aspects. Then your renovation dreams become a reality, before anything in the existing space is even touched. This is the best way to ensure you get what you want, to see what is right for the space and to enable all disciplines involved to be on the same page. |
Assessments & Permit Drawings
Duku Engineering specializes in condition assessments, permit drawings and construction consultations. We always say, the weirder the project, the better. Our engineer works in tandem with our designer, to ensure the desired layout is feasible. Our engineer assesses any structural work as well as service relocations or necessary upgrades as per building code requirements. The designer and engineer prepare drawings for building permits and guide you through the application process as well as make sure all the details are there for our construction team to move forward with. |
